For me, Elite Trader Funding = the Elite of Profesionals

It is my first time when I am doing a review.
I am used to give feedback, but review,... it takes Responsability.
Even I had a great interaction from the beginning with Elite Trader Support Team, I avoided and pushed for another time, due to the fact that it might influence minds, hearts, decisions and ... life's.
So, I was patient, keeping the "beginer enthusiasm", under control ... and wait to observe all the processes and collect data's, to eventually, make a review. ( one year ago, I was reading the reviews, not trusting, doughtfull...due to all that I heard or read ...about all kind of platforms. It took me 1 year and a half to give it a try) After one month and a half, 24 emails to support team, 7 emails with payout/payroll team, 3 accounts failed and one with first payout, ...[of course I failed it, after audit and restart😊] ... I take full responsability, and I am writing this review, and maybe it will bring encouragement to all those who, need to give themselfs a chance. In few words ? For me ?
EliteTrader = The_Elite_of_Profesionals I had a great experience with Support Team.
Fast Support Team ... [5 minutes average answear, to my emails]
They are very well trained and patiently guided me trough procedures which I must learn as a beginner, or giving me step by step answear or guidence.
Thank you to those who trained them and coordinate. I felt them as my old team.
I felt that I was their team. One day I had a hard day on the platform ...and run imediatlelly to support team, with a very stressful email.
I felt empathy and sustainment.
They encouraged me, and explained me all about my concerns.
They made my learning process easier and strength to continue. Payout ??? 😊 Happy to confirm!

But I am optimist, and I have a team = EliteTraderFundingTeam How the Payout process worked ? Well, stressfull, as no one likes to wait.
But it was in the correct times as they are detailed in the EliteTraderFunding Payout Procedure. After 43 hours I was informed that my account was audited. I was invited to make the Kyc, Riseworks, etc.
Here I guess there was a little bit delay, (few hours, one day maybe) I remembered that they kindly apologies and thanking me for patience. I was not angry or concerned, I just remembered myself that, we are humans behind the screens and human work can never be 100% planed. I can happily declare 😊 :
Great beginning! Wonderfull team ! Polite and profesional people ! They are profesionals, it depends on us if we choose to be also profesional, calm, polite and realistic, no matter how our day was. Improvements suggestions, please : 1. The person who respond to emails:
to write after, " Best regards" ... the NAME.(John, Mary, etc ) You never know with whom you are talking to, or to whom to give Great Thanks. 2. Maybe, more friendly trader dashbord
( open,detailed, ) .
Or maybe due to technical/security reasons, it's fine like this 3. Rise is fine, they trained me a lot.
But maybe you will chalange your partner to introduce cards and make your colaborators life easier (not needing any further transfers, etc ) 4. Maybe KYC process at the beginning will reduce the waiting time durring payout.. 5. The 23% rule and 10 seconds rule are little bit stresy and hard to control.
It push away traders and make them avoid to colaborate.
Maybe minimum 200$ +commission, it will be still still enough ?
Instead minimum 10 seconds actual rule, might be more clear like : no high frecvency automatic less or equal to 10 seconds. ... Once again, for me,
