I had an issue with an activation charge that was my fault. I reached out to Customer Support and they showed me the agreement that showed they were justified in the charge when I signed the contract. I asked if there was any way that they could still help me and they went above and beyond to refund me and make sure that I'm setup for success on my future accounts. Very appreciative of the support ETF offers.
