I recently had an issue with being flagged for using Third Party Copy Trading Software and was told my accounts were going to get reset and payout denied. HOWEVER, Kanwal reached out to me as I was explaining that I have not performed these certain activities. He got the risk team to do a re-audit on my payout request and they approved it. This is massive respect as most firm owners leave their customers behind without them getting a chance to prove their case.
